Why is a tramp stamp called a tramp stamp?

It's a part of the body that is visible when you wear short shirts and low slung pants. It's normally covered unless you make a conscious decision to uncover it based on fashion choices that are more provocative. Hence the name "tramp stamp" because you're wearing more provocative clothes than what the mainstream suburban Mom would wear to a PTA meeting.
