How do you find your factory keyless entry keypad code on your Ford minivan?

Under the steering column to the left (near the brake) there is a panel. Take the panel off and with a flashlight you will see a white sticker on the fuse box. The white sticker will have a 5 digit code. That is your factory keyless entry code.

Can you believe they were actually going to charge me $50 to do that? Unbelievable.

And to reprogram the code all you have to do it punch in the factory code, hold down the 1-2 button, then choose a new 5 digit code (this worked for me, let me know if it works for you as well).
