What does the name segan mean?

My Shiba Inu puppy is flying on a plane all the way from North Carolina! Since Shibas are from Japan, It would be sensible to name him a Japanese name like Aukumari ( I know I probably spelled that wrong) but I wanted a different name and I came across the name Segan! I looked it up and this is what all the websites said:
