My guess is that you have had repairs done on the power Windows or locks. When the work was done there may have been damage to the vapor barrier. There is always some water that comes through into the door and is drained to the outside of the car through little drains at the bottom of the car door. Some of the water vapor ends up inside the car when you have the fan set on recirculate. You will notice it especially when the fan is turned to heat and its raining or humid and very cold outside.

The temporary solution is to set the fan to bring fresh air from outside regardless of whether the blower fan is set hot or cold. If you have A/C you can use it to dry the air.

A more permanent solution is to clean the drains around the car especially those for the sun roof if present, clean the sunroof channels and replace the damaged vapor barriers.
