She survives and if your a guy she falls in love with you.
She may die depending on what you say on the Star Forge planet. If you stay on the light side, and try to persuade her back to the light side, she will fly off to the Star Forge. In the Star Forge when you meet her again, you can either kill her or turn her back to the light side.
