How much should a female weigh that is 5 foot and 3 inches?

No one can answer this question except your physician. If you would like an estimate, I am also 5' 3" and weigh 148. I am also approximately 10-20lbs overweight. My guess is the range is approximately 130-140lbs.

hey i weigh about the same as you and im the same height. and yes the best weight for us both is about 140 to 130. my doctor told me nothing below 128
