On runescape someone stole your account how can you get it back?

Somebody stole my account, but whenever I go to 'recover passWord' or 'recover account' or anything that will help it just says that I must be logged in to use this feature. I can't log in because my account was stolen!!!You can try logging on the runescape game, when it doesn't work a little thingy will pop up saying "invalid username or passWord" you will have two options....

1.Forgotten your passWord? <-- click that

2.Try again.

after you clicked forgotten your passWord enter your username on that box thing and click summit.

Then it would bring you to a web page that has two choices.

Recover Forgotten passWord or... Recover Stolen PassWord.

Click whichever one

Enter your email if you had one registered, do that on the left.. if not then you type a tracking email... any email would work.

Fill out the Form as best as you can. if you have bought membership or something remember to provide that. Also provide any information like what the person looked like, the friends and etc..
