Why are males so fascinated by female breasts?

Oddly enough, all the prior contributions were dealing with breast size, or how bad guys are, or how they are not so bad. As to the question itself, there were no answers addressing it.

Breasts are a secondary sex characteristic of women, and it is theorized that they developed to indicate that a woman was sexually fertile. While men are attracted to breasts in general, no concrete answer besides that has been found.

In essense, it is like asking why men are attracted to women, or why roses smell like roses. Until the scientists learn something new, the answer is "they just are".
they arent. they are a part of the body that needs to be there not for people to touch all over and play with.
