Jeep stops running at a stop sign but starts right back up never did it until after the hoses were changed?

Would wanna check your timing belt. My mother has a Jeep Wrangler and everytime she would come to a stop sign, or light where she had to let of the gas, the jeep would die. A friend looked at it and realized that the timing belt had a bunch of chuncks missing from it. Once it was replaced she hasn't had a problem since.
