You cant get the GS ball,Only if you cheat for it or go to the event,which if im correct was in 2004,OR i don't know if this is true but someone told me to beat the Elite 4 13 times in a row then beat Ash who is located in a cave somewhere sorry i cant rember the name then talk to the person where you trade the pinecone thingys in and he makes balls out of them and he will say oh,i see you have done and then hell say for that i will make you a special Ball,itll take at least 2 hours from what ive heard so gointo elex forest and wait there for a while you shoud hear celebis calls and then when 2 hours is up you go back to Kurts the ball guys house hell give you the GS ball then go back into the forestand go to the Shrine.....i cant rember what they call it but then go to the shrine and talk to it itll say Oh,it looks like a certain pokeball will fit in here,then it will ask you if you want to put in the GS ball say yes and celebi will appear and fight him i suggest using Ultra balls or great balls if you don't want to waste a whole lot of money i suggest buy 50-99 pokeballs and get celibi down to really low HP and put it to sleep,paralyze it freeze it etc,then start throwing you pokeballs at it but be warned celebi is only lvl 30 so you may want to use weak moves like Cut,Tackle if you have a Pokemon lvl 30 that knows tackle,maybe a fire attack since celebi is a grass type but just watch out with the fire attacks and then when its about around 10 hp maybe use a lvl 6 ratata quick atatck.I hope this helped TIPS:Always rember to save before fighting/encountering legendaries.The Ratata quick ttack might kill it so id try my luck with just putting it to sleep and trying the pokeballs.POKEBALLS DO WORK ON IT!!!!!!!!!!.Seriously don't wait to use your master ball on celebi use it on suicune or raikou or entei or lugi,you get my point.I HOPE THIS HELPED AND GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
