Are Micheal cera and Ellen page dating?

As of my last update in October 2023, Michael Cera and Ellen Page are not dating. They have been close friends and co-stars since their collaboration on the film "Juno" in 2007, but there have been no reports or indications of a romantic relationship between them. Ellen Page, who now goes by Elliot Page, publicly came out as transgender in December 2020.
