No. Animals have to be closely related to breed - usually in the same genus, and at least within the same family. Rabbits and cats are not only in different families but different orders, there's no way they could interbreed.

That picture is clearly fake. Not only can you tell by looking at it, but part of the web address is "manip_images", and below the picture it says that no animals were harmed in "creating" it
