That depends on where you live. In Canada Harry Rosen, Holt Renfrew, Saks, and some cheaper lines at the bay.

In most large cities it is carried in higher end department stores, Neiman Marcus, Bloomingdales, maybe something like Selfridges but it might be too cheap for that.

Of course they still have boutiques in malls and large stores on 5th avenue, Bloor, Champs-Elysées, etc.
