Is the harmonic balancer bolt reverse thread on a 2003 lancer es?

No its regular right hand thread, just tight as hell. If you cant get it off, go buy/borrow/grab a 24" breaker bar, stick it in the bolt, unplug your coil packs, put bar against hard ground, and tap the starter.
