Manpower is one of the basic and most important resources in a service-oriented business. If the health and safety of the workers are not ensured, it follows that the health and safety of the residents living nearby the business are also unsure of. Subscription of a business' to health and safety standards is akin to a car engine that requires oil change every once in a while. It's part of the maintenance package. Without it, eventually the basic component that help the business will fall.
