What does the 5150 tattoo mean?

My tattoo, of police code, is to let proper authorities, know where to take me. It is a warning to them, of what they are dealing with. Someone very unstable, and a threat to society. And to myself. Been this way, my whole life. I will always be... homicidal /suicidal. Just another day.. for my cat and me.
