I'm not going to bother ask why you're trying to make your self cry but here are some ways:
1.Pinch your self extremely hard.
2. Look in a space for a long period of time.
3. Think about something really sad and over exaggerate.
4. Put yourself down A LOT (not too much that you want to hang your self)
5. Listen to some meaningful songs.
6. Watch a sad film.
7. (this depends on your background) if you've got a bad relationship with someone in your family watch some people/films/programmes where they are happy and things like that.
It really depends on who you are.
