Can you avail wireless internet from an ISP provider outside the state If so how?

Many phone companies provide a wireless card in which you can rome around the states (and possibly further) and still have internet access.

I believe Verizon and sprint both have them and I'm sure you could find a lot more. Bet you could pick one up at your local Verizon store tomorrow if you wanted.
