That is a sign of a few things. Most commonly, a urinary tract infection or kidney stones. They say they are both painful but that isn't always true. It depends on your other symptoms, age, etc. You definitely need to get checked.

If it's coming out the other end, you REALLY need to get checked because that is either very minor or serious. Blood should never come out with waste.
