To remove the tail light on a Lexus IS250, first, open the trunk and locate the access panel behind the tail light assembly. Remove any screws or clips securing the panel, then gently pull it away to expose the tail light bolts. Unscrew the bolts holding the tail light in place, and carefully pull the tail light assembly out. Disconnect the wiring harness by pressing the release tab and pulling it out before fully removing the tail light.
