How to repair or replace laminate flooring?

If it's springy at an edge the skirting trim will pin it down.

If it's springy in the middle, there could be something under it, so it has to come up or it will eventually pertrude and destroy the board.

Sometimes the board just needs to be forced in place and the floor will straighten and become more solid.
