To me the most important dimensions of performance management would be training and education of employee and employee development. This would include new employees and the seasoned employees. Communication is another dimension of performance. Individuals should be able to convey information that leads to understanding among the stakeholders both intern ane externally. This information would contribute in the improvement of the organization of quality care. Policies and procedures, and having guidelines and standards for the employees to follow and have as a reference are dimensions of performance. Managers sharing important information with his or her employees and receiving feedback also is an important dimension of performance.
