If you have a care order can you get out of care before the care order ends?

Yes. I am in care myself. Ask your independent reviewing officer to discharge the care order or make an application to court and discharge the care order but the judge wont discharge the care order if you have a wierd past. Also you can talk to your social worker about it and see what can be done.
