you might get a hickey its not bad but maybe difficult to share with ppl who have questions. it all depends on how hard and long he sucked your chest. but i can tell you that its like a bruise. it hurts but there are tricks that prolly work to hide it. those i wouldn't know of, i have never had to hide mine, sry. but google it.... google is awesome it works!
