I'm glad I don't buy steel from you! I don't know what "tor steel" is, but no reputable materials stockist or engineering designer would mix two totally different scales like that.
If diameter is in millimetres and mass in kilogrammes, lengths should be in metres, not feet.
The question assumes what would in the real world be very poor practice both technically and commercially: use ins, lbs, ft or mm, kg, m; not a tangle of both.
