Where do you mail your Indiana tax check?

All the post office box numbers use: Indianapolis, IN 46206 or 46207-(P.O. Box Number Used) to complete the mailing address.

The Zip Code is determined by the P.O. Box. 46206 for P.O. Boxes 1 through 6599, 46207 for P.O. Boxes 7000 through 7999

Example: When mailing an IT-40, IT-40EZ or IT-40PNR return with a payment, the address is:
