Your wife said shes not in love with you but loves you?

I may only be 17 but, I know what she means, she doesn't love you but she does have feelings for you. In other Words she cares for but she doesn't have a want to be with you but, do to the circumstances of your marriage she going to stay and deal with you. Usually marriages don't last that long like this.
