How is it that an Ambulance company doesnt check or give T B testing to their employees and doesnt check to see if theyre up to date what can be done?

Every ambulance service should always be keeping up to date with TB testing of their employees. If they are not keeping up to date with testing, you should contact their medical director and notify them of such actions. (Or, lack thereof action.)
