If you are having issues with your Eco-Drive watch you have several options.

If the watch has stopped working because it has been in the dark too long, put the watch under a lamp for 12 hours. Cycle the hands on the watch 24 hours after to reset the watch, and then charge it for another 8 hours. The watch should work unless the battery has leaked because it has been dead for too long.

DO NOT REMOVE THE BACK ON THE WATCH! Your 5-year warranty will be VOID!

If this fix does not work, take the watch into any dealer that sells Citizen Eco-drive watches. They will help you send the watch to Citizen where they will replace the battery for free as long as you are still within the 5-year warranty.
