Yes, but mixing the two greatly increases sedation. It's a popular "cocktail" among recreational drug users. Stay well within the recommended doses (Soma: Maximum 1 tab every 8 hours, Vicodin: 1-2 every 6 hours) as needed or as directed. DO NOT drink any alcohol within 12 hours of either dose. And avoid additional tylenol/acetaminophen.
