Could somebody please help me with this English - Italian translation?

Sorry, this is the text i need help translating to Italian: Hello, Just wanted to send our love to everyone.

Here are some little presents for christmas. Hope they are the right size for the boys and they like them.

Hope everything is well in Italy, everything is ok in England, even though it is very cold! So no need to worry.

My family wish you all the best and ask about you, they are all fine, and hope you are also.

We hope to see you all very soon, thinking of you everyday.

I would really appreciate the help with this translation, i am sending some things over to my boyfriends parents and want to send a little letter. It really pleases her when i try and speak Italian, but as i have learnt mostly from listening i find it very hard to write. I am new to this so not really sure how it works, would be very greatful tho.
