Are cheryl crow and lance Armstrong still an item?

As of my last knowledge update in October 2023, Sheryl Crow and Lance Armstrong are no longer in a romantic relationship. They were together for a period in the early 2000s but broke up in 2006. Since then, both have moved on with their lives and careers.
