Where are parties in Club Penguin?

Every month or two Club Penguin has a party. A party on club penguin is basically an event where club penguin will have decorations, celebrations, and more for a holiday or just event. In the parties there will be decorations all over club penguin and usually 1-3 free items that u can click on to receive whether you are a member or non member. sometimes there are also special rooms, catalogs, or even famous penguins that you can meet.
The parties come every month. They are all over the island, except the Anniversary Party, which is only in the Coffee Shop.
