How do you fix an electric window in a 1994 Nissan Maxima if it will go down but won't go back up?

Replace the motor. Not and easy job. Get a manual on your car to do the job right.

If the window motor still works then you might have to replace the window regulator. That is a common problem in the 3rd generation maxima (89-94). Hopefully this was able to help you.
