Is it true that there is a spot on a German sheperd's stomach and if you tickle it it's foot will shake?

The "tickle spot" isn't only narrowed to the German Shepard. Most dogs,you can scratch the side of there belly and will cause them to kick. I have an ibizan hound and a pitbull and they both kick when you scratch their bellies.
