Let's assume a maximum child-bearing range from age 13 to 63 (just to keep it tidy). That's 50 years, or 600 months (50 x 12).

If she gives birth once every 9 months, that's 66.67. Let's give her a break and say 66 single children.

In reality she could not actually become pregnant again immediately after childbirth--the length of time varies, but it isn't immediate. But we are going for the maximum here.

However, it is possible to have multiple births. Let's say she has twins every time. That would be 132. Triplets? She could be the mother of 201 children.

Of course, she would probably go mad somewhere around #42. But that would not necessarily interfere.
