How do you cure Thrush?

Vaginal thrush is caused by an overpopulation of yeast in the vagina when the bacterial population decreases. The bacteria usually produce an acid called lactic acid, and when they're not around the acidity of the vagina decreases and this allows the yeast to grow out of control. Yogurt has similar (harmless) bacteria that also produce lactic acid. (This is actually what causes the milk to change into yogurt.) So applying yogurt to your vulva (the area around your vagina; not inside it) usually cures a yeast infection. It's totally natural, and totally safe.
