What areas can the applicant improve?

If this is for a job or college application, the most important thing is don't lie: especially those easy-to-spot lies like "I work too hard" or "I work too much, I don't have enough time for fun things."

Instead, say something that shows you work hard, but offers a legitimate shortcoming or room for improvement like "When I work with others in groups, I have a hard time delegating, often I like to do all the work myself. I'm kind of a control freak like that, but I'm very aware that I need to work on that."
