Yes, there is a possibility that they will become friends again. But as of right now, Sasuke is too obsessed with revenge and preparing to fight Naruto and destroying Konoha. The only way that Sasuke is going to change his ways is fighting Naruto and in some point during their battle with each other, he will probably reflect back on their past and the good times they share with each other as best friends and comrades. In that end, Sasuke might decide to follow his brother's ways and help Naruto and Konoha defeat and destroy Madara once and for all. When that happens, Sasuke and Naruto might die while they fight Madara. But their friendship will still remain even though they might die together. That is why Naruto and Sasuke are both training really hard before that time comes so that they both will try to stay alive.
