Who is a real mermaid?

There's apparently this thing that caused this child to have her legs merged together, So it's not impossible to be a real life mermaid. Maybe somewhere in the centuries there were mermaids .I'm pretty sure she lived to around 7 years old or more I haven't done much research on this but go check it out. Mermaids could be REAL.
