Why effect does buffing have on the nails?

To make them shiny and smooth you just need some cuticle oil i use OPI avoplex oil it smells really good, rub some of that on your whole nail get your nail buffer NOT a file that would scratch your nails you need the soft kind and just gently buff them in one direction once your done wash hands and apply a thick hand cream and good as new your nails will look like you have clear polish on they will be so shiny.
