Can you fix an action replay if the bottom screen is blue and red stripes?

Yes you can. first, turn the power off. Press A+B and turn the power on. When the Health and Safety info pops up, press SELECT+START while holding A+B. This will delay the action replay, therefore resetting it. When you let go, turn off your DS before it says this product is not endorsed or licensed by Nintendo. If you don't keep trying it until you do. That's how I fixed mine. And mine wasn't a DSi action replay! Just a fact you might want to know. I don't know if it will fix a DSi action replay, but feel free to try and if it works, leave the comment.
