Hi I am only 13 and want to now how to become a rapper?

Well first man you gotta be positive that you can rap and do a little freestyles. The first thing you might wanna do to get noticed is to probably rap for your friends at school 2nd, buy a computer microphone I bought one for like 8 dollars at Wal-Mart their real cheap but good.
3rd download a studio called Audacity it's free just google it, hook your mic into the computer download an instrumental or if you wanna do it accupella (without the beat) it's up to you.
4th after you record it you save it after you save it, it SHOULD be saved as a mp3 file you save your song into your computer and you can upload it to YouTube send it friends whatever.
