How do you do stand tall on four pillars on super Mario 64 ds?

You just stand on them, no tricks or pounds necessary. One of them requires you to use wings/shell.

1 enter level preferably as mario as later you may need the winged cap.

2go up to the first pilar you see. warning do not go to the one surrounded by dark brown quicksand 3 you can run up the pilars note do not yet go to the one surronunded by dark brown quicksand 4 after you stand on the pilar in this area and colect the coin, go to the bridge with the moving blocks and run to where there is a dark brown brick only wario can smash and run to the end of the platform to get to the transport to get you to the other side of the pyramid and do the same to the same thing as the first pilar. 5 go back to the place you started and the go to the building straight ahead of you and triple jump to get to the top of it and tthere will be two boxes.6if you are not mario choose the yellow one and get the koopa shell if you are mario then choose either one the red one is winged cap and when you gt to where you want then crouch and see if you got lucky. if not keep trying.7 after you get the four coins from the tops of the pilars the top of the pyramid will open though it will not show you the do all the challenges until you get to two hands and then defeat the hand while its unfolding by hitting its eye 3 times then you will get a star after you deafeat both of them 8warning do not go onto the dark brown quicksand without a shell or winged cap.also do not go in as metal wario
