Ther isn't one despite what the marketers may say. A human body can only absorb about 26g of protein per day and this is best made up from high quality protein such as white meat (chicken) or fish. Or you can waste you money on expensive whey protein shakes that you will excrete with no positive effect. Count Kryzal
