Why is safety important on a construction site?

The main force behind any construction site is the man power. Without safety, the risks and hazards at a very dangerous place like this can get people injured, hurt or even killed. This can cause any construction site delays, extra expenses and of course loss of man power. Without the prioritization of safety, I doubt if companies can even find a lot of workers for them. Health and safety is a very important role in a job as it is very important that they keep to regulations so the business doesn't get closed down. Also health and safety protects the employees and the employers and tries to keep everyone safe. Health and safety is one of the tools that you have in making sure that a company achieves success. You can't get a good production if employees are getting sick and getting hurt all the time.
