How much water do you give a baby rabbit?

It really depends on the rabbit. As long as you provide a regular sized watering can/bottle for your rabbit it should be fine. When your rabbit gets thirsty it will drink so be sure to always provide water. However if your rabbit is not drinking water at all you should see a veterinarian.
