Just wanted to know if anyone knows anything about this you have white dry spots on various spots of your body none of them itch or anything but there are a lot of them do I handle it or go to doc?

Go to the doctor. It could be a skin disease which causes parts of the body to change color, or what some call spot. Or it could just be very dry skin, but they can prescribe you a very good lotion.
