To select all elements of one specific color in
Photoshop, you can use the Magic Wand tool. Simply click on the Magic Wand tool in the toolbar, then click on an element of the color you want to select. Adjust the tolerance level as needed to capture all similar colors, then press Shift click to add more areas to the selection.
