How accurate is diagnostic tests on a car?

Diagnostics are only as good as the tech doing the testing.

A good Diagnostic will pinpoint exactly what the problem is, a poor one will read the computer screen and replace what the computer says is bad with out thinking about what the computer could be telling him.
